Identity Lost

We are distraught and lost.
We cannot see our true identity
Through all the versions of the cross.

The answers are not black and white
They are not in a book that you can read over night

One must look beyond
The dawns resurrecting early light

Theories of creation
Have endless possibilities outnumbering the constellations
They become manifestations of the cosmic equation.

I flow off a stream of clear consciousness
Do not think to hard or your ideas will become suppressed

Release yourself to the energy within
And you will see this place humans call heaven

But heaven is not a place
Constructed with pearly gates

It's an idea in space

For the origins of all things
Come from the same massive energy
That is our immeasurable galaxy
Universally one

Do not sell yourself short by listening to all the false reports

All I can say is open your eyes
To the acceptance of all things
Or we will all suffer through our own conflicting opinions
And inflict our own demise

Despite the tears in a child's eyes.

Introduction

Each of these poems was born in a different way and has it's
own story of becoming.  They are from the living of my life and
relate to each other as areas of my life do.
